Farmers from the Mahaweli L Zone, in collaboration with local officials, recently participated in a hands-on training program aimed at enhancing entrepreneurship in the region. The training, conducted under the guidance of “Saviru Spices” and “Saviru Technologies,” focused on adding value to locally grown agricultural crops. This initiative is expected to empower farmers to increase their income through value-added products, contributing to the growth of the region’s agricultural sector.
